Abstract:
Cloud computing is a hot topic with the virtual technology as the key one for the cloud. This paper focuses on virtual machine migration in the cloud computing environment. According to a comprehensive requirements analysis, we provide a trusted dynamic self-confidence migration (TDAM) algorithm which is based on the load of physical and virtual machine CPU, memory, I /O. Migration weights calculated as MQ, using MQ as a metric to automatic select the virtual machines would be migrated, and in the process of migration the source and destination should take trusted attention. Then, based on Xen technology in the Linux system, the prototype of TDAM System can be achieved. Experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the availability and reliability of cloud services as well as achieve energy saving purposes.
