Abstract:

A mild steel-rolling bearing is developed according to the seismic isolation of the space frame structure. The technical problems faced in the engineering application are preliminarily discussed. Firstly, the main factors influencing the value of the horizontal stiffness of the bearing are analyzed according to the conceptual model of the bearings. The basic method which can identify the horizontal stiffness satisfy the requirement of the release of the thermal stress is put forward. And the design method for horizontal stiffness of the bearing is suggested. Then the relationship between the horizontal stiffness of the bearing and the vibration isolation performance of the space frame structure is analyzed. It is proved that the thermal stresses and seismic axial force of the structure with the bearing has been reduced efficiently.
