Abstract:
Ti/BMMs mesoporous catalysts were synthesized by using self-assembly route combined with ship-in-a-bottle method and their catalytic performances were tested by epoxidation of cyclohexene. The prepared Ti/BMMs catalysts were characterized with ICP-AES, XRD, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption and UV-Vis. The effects of solvent, content of Ti, reaction temperature and time on the catalytic activity and product selectivity were investigated in details. The results showed that as the amount of added Ti increased in the BMMs catalysts, the mesoporous structure became somewhat disordered. The cyclohexene conversion and the selectivity of cyclohexene oxide increased with the reaction temperature and the catalyst had an optimum activity using chloroform as the solvent.
