Abstract:
The yarn-like spherical aluminosilicates materials were hydrothermal synthesized using sodium aluminate, aluminum sulfate as the aluminum source and sodium silicate as the silicon source. The samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and 29Si-NMR, and the results indicated that the obtained aluminosilicates materials presented yarn spherical morphology, and its particle size was about 4 μm. By adding surfactant Twen-20 in the reactant mixture, the particle size of the aluminosilicates materials could be adjusted to 2-4 μm.
