Abstract:

In order to investigate the durability of coal gangue aggregate concrete, related tests of durability of coal gangue concrete from macroscopic and microscopic are measured in this paper. Results show that, all coal gangue are non-active aggregate. Within a certain range, coal gangue will not significantly reduce the impermeability of concrete. With the increase of coal gangue, mechanical performance of coal gangue concrete has not been reduced, but frost resistance of concrete has been significantly reduced in this paper. Spacing factor of air void can't be accurately assessed frost resistance of coal gangue concrete, water absorption of aggregate is another important factor. The interface structure between aggregate and hydrates of coal gangue concrete is different from ordinary concrete. For the coal gangue aggregate used in cement concrete, this study proposes four indicators: coal gangue content, water absorption, crushing index value, flaky and elongated aggregate content.
