Abstract:

In this paper, the soil and structure as an integrate system, using plan soil-structure interaction model, a practical seismic response analysis method considering soil-structure interaction of high-rise buildings is proposed. In this method, the plan frame-shear wall (tube) cooperative work model is used in the upper structure. A soil mass with height H and width B, and thickness t is used to simulate the foundation soils. About the constitutive model of soil, Duncan-Chang model is used in static analysis, the equivalent linearization model is used in dynamic analysis. The flexible, rigid and pile foundation are simulated by beam element, rigid block or plate element, respectively. The influence of soil-structure interaction on seismic response of high-rise buildings and the application of this method are illustrated by two examples of high-rise buildings with deep foundation soil.
