Abstract:
In this paper, in order to ensure the people evacuate safely, two kinds of smoke control strategies of the portal section in one urban underground express tunnel were simulated using the software FDS. The theory of the performance-based fire design was adopted to analyze and evaluate the rationality and feasibility of these two strategies. The results can be the design references of the smoke control and people evacuation strategies in similar tunnels.
