Abstract:

The paper deduced the formula of contact ratio of cam shock wave rolling movable teeth transmission. It also analyzed configuration parameters' influence on the contact ratio, the working teeth profile and curvature of teeth crest of center wheel. It shows that the driving contact ratio is and curvature of teeth crest of cam shock wave rolling movable teeth transmission all increase with the increasing of driving ratio. The bigger the axes' difference, the bigger the contact ratio is and the smaller the curvature of teeth crest is. The smaller the axes' difference, the flatter the center wheel working profile is. It has greater influence on center wheel working teeth profile and curvature of teeth crest to change the difference of axis than to change the axis' size.
