Abstract:

In the conditions of room temperature and low DO, the wastewater advanced treatment with a single reactor is studied. The tests show the synchronous nitrification-anammox reaction for municipal wastewater can be carried out through inoculating anammox bacteria to the reactor with nitrification ability, and its removal rate can reach 92.4%. The advanced treatment of domestic wastewater by the single reactor can be carried out after inoculating PAOs again, and their corresponding removal rate can be 93.6%, 77.1%, 99.3%, respectively. DO=1 mg/L can be considered as the indication parameter of system reaction terminal. There is good linearity correlativity between TN and NH4+-N for the concentration change in the reaction process. The correlation coefficient are all more than 0.999.
