Abstract:

In order to qualitative and quantitative study on tube in insertion torsional belt of strengthening heat transfer mode, to establish double-pipe heat exchanger model of heat transfer enhancement for twisted-tape inserts in tubes with air for heat transfer medium and to study by numerical simulation, compared with experimental result, the deviation of simulation result and experimental result is less than 2% in Re >5000, therefore can be verificated mathematical model of correctness. From insertion twisted strip tube and smooth tube velocity and temperature of comparison graph can be seen twisted strip of strengthening heat transfer effect, and qualitative describes twist ratio and frictional resistance coefficient and heat transfer effect of the numerical relations.
