Abstract:

Based on experiments of CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced plastic) prestressed macro-fiber concrete beams under low reversed cyclic loading, failure pattern, hysteresis curves, ductility, rigidity degeneration, energy dissipation are studied systematically. Studies show prestressed FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) tendons can obviously improve the carrying capacity of concrete beams, and FRP prestressed macro-fiber concrete beams has better seismic performance and ductility. The simulation analysis of concrete beams based on AN-SYS program is carried out, calculation results are in good agreement with those of the tests.
