This　paper　analysed　the　effect　of　heavy　load　on　deflection　and　stress　of　asphalt　pavement　with　3-dimension　finite　element　method,　concluded　with　the　demolishment　mechanism　under　heavy-load　and　over　load.　The　result　indicated　that　bigger　stress　appear　at　the　top　of　pavement,　where　stress　and　deflection　increase　suddenly,　Heavy　load　is　one　of　the　cause　which　lead　to　inchoate　demolishment　of　asphalt　pavement.
