In　order　to　enlarge　the　application　of　AVS-M　(Audio　Video　Coding　Standard　Workgroup　of　China,　the　Mobile　Part)　and　make　it　more　competitive　in　the　international　circle,　AVS　video　files　by　AVS-M　encoder　are　converted　to　3GP　streaming　files,　which　are　supported　by　3GPP　(the　3rd　Generation　Partnership　Project).　Therefore,　the　AVS-M　can　be　applied　to　3G　(the　3rd　Generation　Mobile　Communication)　streaming　network.　From　the　good　effect　of　playing　3GP　file　under　local　and　streaming　environment　it　indicates,　that　the　AVS-M　can　be　applied　well　to　wireless　streaming　networks.
