This　paper　takes　the　skin　surface　blood　capillary　picture　as　the　research　object,　uses　digital　image　processing　as　the　method　to　conduct　processing　and　examination　on　the　primitive　pictures.　In　order　to　compare　the　differences　before　and　after　the　treatment,　it　has　calculated　parameter,　blood　capillary　caliber,　length　and　density.　By　using　this　method　to　analyze　the　freckle　treatment　result,　the　correct　rate　reaches　90%　which　has　a　good　practical　value　in　clinic.
