Abstract:

Over the last couple of years, enterpriser application integration has taken a central position in the business world. As the basis of the enterpriser application integration, information integration plays a very important role in the whole architecture. The heterogeneous database replication technology is a main method for data consistency of heterogeneous data source. First, this article sketches first the technique of information integration and heterogeneous database replication. The major elements of the information integration infrastructure are the focus of discussion, with special attention to the infrastructure, baaed on heterogeneous database replication technology. Finally, the article summarized to some characteristics for this infrastructure.
