Abstract:

In order to prepare spherical LiF3PO4 as cathode material for Lithium ion battery, the micron-grade. spherical Li3PO4 powders as LiF3PO4 precursor were synthesized by ultrasonic waves using Tx-100 as the surfactant. The components of Li3PO4 were confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The optimum condition of synthesizing spherical Li3PO4 powders was obtained by researching the effects of the diversified factors on the appearance of Li3PO4 powders. The condition was as follws: the reaction temperature was 35°C, Li+ concentration was 0.6 mol/L, the mass fraction of Tx-100 was 10%, and the reaction time was 5 min.
