Abstract:

This paper reviews the progress of studies on Assimilable Organic Carbon at domestic and abroad. The studies mainly focus on amendments of mensuration, different removal effect of Assimilable Organic Carbon by different treatment process and variability of Assimilable Organic Carbon in water distribution system. The removal of Assimilable Organic Carbon by enhanced conventional treatment and the bio-stable water in water distribution system by effective measures have attached more attention recently.
