Abstract:

In the paper, electrolytic copper powder and atomizing copper powder was used, the differences of sintering curve during SPS process and the microstructure evolution in different sintering stages, the relative density in different sintering temperature are studied, and the reason was analysis. We get the conclusion that the microstructure evolution of electrolytic copper powder and atomizing copper powder was different in SPS process.
