Abstract:

A large number of simulation experiments were required for specialized practices. Currently, those experiments are operated in laboratories with real existed experimental equipment. However, this method render disadvantages in safety concern, economic concern and convenience concern. We proposes a method for realizing a industrial simulation system based on the Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and the Functional Mock-Up Unit (FMU), which can be applied to many industrial fields. To verify this method, we have a thorough study on the visualization approach for airflow ventilation system, and then studied various user interacts in airflow ventilation system using Three-Dimensional Interaction Technology. In the last, we propose a method for information exchange between FMU and simulation system to realize the real time simulation of airflow ventilation system. © 2019 IEEE.
