Abstract:
DC-DC converter is a basic part of modern high-frequency switching power supplies. Detailed circuit design can improve system reliability. This paper presents the detailed design steps and reliability evaluation process of the Buck Synchronous rectification converter. Through reliability analysis, the most fragile devices in the converter are found, and the causes of device failure are analyzed and optimized. © 2019 IEEE.
