Abstract:

Due to the influence of population and environment, the traditional vegetable production methods in China are undergoing changes, and soilless cultivation techniques are gradually receiving attention. The soilless culture of vegetables is neatly arranged and suitable for automatic management. However, in actual production, the harvest of such vegetables is still mostly harvested and the efficiency is low. This design is aimed at the problem of high labor intensity and low efficiency of planting vegetables, combined with manual process analysis and harvesting machinery research, and innovatively designed harvesting institutions for planting vegetables. In the design process, solidworks was used to design the scheme. The design scheme referenced the more mature research results, and selected a reasonable cutting method to reduce the negative influence of vegetable roots on the cutting tool during cutting; using matlab to assist analysis of the linkage mechanism kinematic calculation ensures that the key mechanism has good stress during the cutting process, improves the environment of the mechanism and prolongs its service life. Finally, completes the design and analysis of the planting propulsion mechanism. The development of the facility vegetable automatic harvester completes the automated production process of vegetables. ©2019 IEEE.
