Abstract：

Large　aperture　proton-implanted　vertical-cavity　surface-emitting　lasers　(VCSELs)　were　fabricated.　The　uniformity　of　injection　current　was　improved　because　of　employing　graphene　as　transparent　conductive　layer.　©　OSA　2014.
