Abstract：

We　report　on　strong　index　modulation　of　ITO-hybrid-plasmon　gate　stacks　at　telecomm　wavelengths　verified　by　gated　ellipsometry　for　the　first　time.　Using　these　results　we　design　a　compact　3-waveguide　electrooptic　switch　for　photonic　integration.　©2014　Optical　Society　of　America.
