Abstract：

Gallium　n　itride　nanowires　(GaN　NWs)　were　synthesized　by　plasma-enhanced　hot　filament　chemical　vapor　deposition.　The　structures　and　photoluminescence　properties　were　measured　and　analyzed.　©　OSA　2013.
