Abstract：

A　scheme　of　reducing　oxide　aperture　diameter　to　match　the　central　defect　region　of　the　photonic　crystal　in　PhC-VCSEL　was　investigated　in　both　theory　and　experiment　in　order　to　get　low　threshold　current　and　high　single-fundamental-　mode　output　devices.　©　2012　OSA.
