Treating　wastewater　mixed　by　rain　and　sewerage　from　Fusong　ditch　is　an　important　part　of　the　research　projects　of　the　recycling　water,s　quality　protection　technology　in　northwest　ecological　economic　zone　of　Changchun　city,　treating　this　wastewater　is　designed　to　use　Aquamats　ecological　base.　Fusong　ditch　and　Aquamats　ecological　base　are　introduced　in　the　text,　also　it　introduces　the　designed　volume　of　influent,　quality　of　the　influent　and　effluent,　volume　of　the　pan-oxidation　pond,　number　of　pieces　of　Aquamats　ecological　base　and　oxygen　demand,　gas　demand.　©　2011　IEEE.
