Abstract：

Emission　properties　of　nanosized　scandia　doped　dispenser　(SDD)　cathodes　tested　at　pulse　mode　with　different　pulse　widths　and　duty　cycles　as　well　as　at　DC　mode　are　reported　and　discussed　in　this　paper.　©　2011　IEEE.
