Abstract:

Natural gas, coal and oil all were known as the three pillars of the world's primary energy. With the world energy crisis intensified, coupled with the natural gas has advantages of its own high-quality, clean, high calorific value, combustion products contain little environmental pollution substance etc.; natural gas will become the preferred energy form in the twenty-first century. China is rich in natural gas resources, but the distribution of natural gas fields tend to fragmentary, scattered and small features, due to its location in remote areas, where do not exist large-scale mining and the conditions for long-distance pipeline, much of gas has not yet been exploited and utilized. Small natural gas liquefaction plants in this area can play its flexible, mobile advantages of technology to solve these scattered gas fields' exploiting and transportation issues. Accordingly, small-scale natural gas liquefying plant research has high strategic value and broad market space. This paper based on the domestic situation and the single screw technology in the key laboratory devised a small prizing type gas liquefaction process, and analyses the optimization and analysis. © 2011 IEEE.
