Abstract：

Scandate　cathode　exhibits　the　highest　emission　property　among　all　the　thermionic　cathodes.　Scanadia　Doped　Dispenser　cathode　(SDD　cathode)　is　one　of　the　promising　cathodes　due　to　its　good　emission　property　and　reproducibility　[1].　©　2010　IEEE.
