Abstract:

The modern metallurgical equipment with functional diversification, structural complexity and high degree of automation features, once the critical equipment failure, would cause enormous economic losses. Wire rod mill metallurgical equipment in one of the key production equipment, on the bar and wire rod mill for online monitoring and fault diagnosis is essential. In this paper, bar and wire rod mill monitoring and diagnosis technology research and application, through information, network monitoring systems, on-line process analysis and management, temperature monitoring of the implementation of key equipment, key points on the equipment condition monitoring, so as to achieve equipment fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance purposes. Reduce the maximum equipment operation and maintenance costs, improve production efficiency to achieve cost-effective new growth.
