Abstract:

In this paper the mathematical model of all-glass vacuum tube collector unit used in passive solar heating system have been established and verified through multiple experiments (different connections, different flow, different weather conditions). Experiments showed that the model had accurate described the heat transfer processes of all-glass vacuum collector. Compared to the empirical formula, the model is simpler and has a higher precision.
