The　existing　universal　combinatorial　operation　only　discusses　an　ideal　state　that　every　factor　is　with　equal　weight.　But　every　factor　is　generally　with　unequal　weigh　in　practical　complex　system.　This　paper　gives　two　kinds　of　general　weighted　operators.　Based　on　the　operators　given,　an　unequal　weights　universal　combinatorial　operation　model　is　proposed.　©　2008　Springer　Berlin　Heidelberg.
