Abstract:

For adapting the demand of the information resource and the application in large-scale transport facilities project management, based on present situation qualitative analysis's foundation of its information construction and application, from the viewpoint in the total life cycle, this paper analyzed and the induced to its information need by using the management integration theory and the information resource management theory, constructed the need model and the network architecture model of the transport facilities project management information in total life cycle, proposed technical route taking the information resource plan as core and guidance, and presented its implementation regulatory measures.
