Abstract:

To make measuring operation convenient, a wireless handheld control box for coordinate measuring machine based on ARM and bluetooth was introduced. The touch-screen buttons module based on a embedded WinCE operating system and the joystick and speed control module were developed, combined with the bluetooth module to achieve wireless transmission of control command and measurement data. It can real-time display the measuring point coordinates, number of the measuring points and the characteristic information. It can accurately transmit control command and measurement information, and no data loss. It has applied to the measuring machine for complex geometry based on form-free measurement mode.
