Abstract:
Basing on the relationship between mean square of weight acceleration and human body comfort, a research on the correlation between acceleration and human's subject feeling in the context of different friction coefficient, roughness and speed was conducted. First, a regression analysis basing on a great amount of data from driving simulator and surveys on general asphalt pavements was made. Second, the relationship between roughness, speed and acceleration under fixed friction coefficient was figured out. Finally, a regression function which reflects the drivers' riding comfort was established; meeting the riding comfort of a driver, and the function indicated the relationship between the maximum driving speed and roughness of asphalt pavement.
