Abstract:

Based on fluid dynamics, 17 types of air chambers are studied using finite element method and Realizable κ-ε model in this paper. By comparing analysis results, two are selected from 17 types of air chambers according to changing air quickly and remaining less old air, which are fitful for providing air for stem cells on microfluidic chip. Two experiences are obtained from the analysis. In practical terms, appropriate improvement is made for remaining less old air further. Results show that the chosen and improved chamber is suitable for using microfluidic chip to culture stem cells.
