Abstract:
In order to study on the effect of temperature on composite fouling characteristics of nanometer magnesia and calcium carbonate, the influence of temperature on composite fouling characteristics in the alternating elliptical axis tube has been experimentally studied by changing the entrance temperature, and the effect of temperature on the working fluid coagulation was studied by sedimetation experiment. The results showed that, the entrance temperature significantly affect the composite fouling characteristics. The asymptotic value of fouling resistance decreased and the time of reaching the asymptotic value shorter with the higher entrance temperature. Effect of temperature has the opposite law between the nano-particles fouling and the CaCO3 crystallization fouling. Increased temperature resulted in the decrement of nano-particles fouling resistance much higher than the increment of crystallization fouling resistance. © 2015, Science Press. All right reserved.
