Abstract:
In order to study the problem of quantitative analysis for bearing fault diagnosis, a dynamic model of nonlinear vibration of a rolling bearing was established in this paper and the four different vibration responses of the system were obtained by solving the differential equation. The quantitative analysis of bearing was conducted by calculating the time interval of double impact. Then, an outer race damage interval was established by statistic analysis of multi-group data. An outer race experiment of quantitative is conducted and the effectiveness of the quantitative analysis was proved in this paper. © 2015, Beijing University of Technology. All right reserved.
