Abstract:

The spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique used to prepare NdFeB magnets was studied. The microstructure, magnetic properties, dimensional precision and corrosion resistance of the prepared magnets were investigated. The results showed that the SPS NdFeB possessed better corrosion properties in both 3.5% NaCl solution and 0.025% H2SO4 solution.
