Abstract：
通过北京3个保障性住区的使用后评价(POE)方法的介绍,重点探讨了保障性住房POE指标的内容及调研数据的分析方法,对相关结论做了深入讨论。指出使用者对保障性住房的使用后评价与其需求层次、建筑的外观感知密切相关,设计师应加强保障性住房适应性、灵活性和可变性的设计。
