Abstract:

一种温度自适应红外/雷达兼容隐身表面结构的设计方法涉及航空航天红外及雷达隐身领域。温度自适应红外/雷达兼容隐身表面结构为层状结构,包括雷达吸波层、绝热层以及温度自适应红外发射层。雷达吸波层在4~12GHz频段内吸波10dB以上,可实现雷达隐身。绝热层采用微纳绝热薄膜,隔离目标内部热源。温度自适应红外发射层可在大气窗口(8~12μm)波段变发射率范围为0.23~0.88,实现目标的热管理及红外隐身。该设计通过多层微纳结构创新设计与石墨烯复合材料的优异电磁调控性能,避免雷达特征调控与红外特征调控相互制约的瓶颈问题,实现雷达红外综合特征调控的最大效能。
