Abstract :
The Yangtze River Delta is a relatively developed area with many detached houses in the suburbs. Such detached houses are usually 1-3 stories high, mostly self-built by local people. Due to the lack of passive design guidance in the design and construction process, these houses' energy consumption is usually high. At present, residents in the area use air conditioners, fans, and other electrical equipment in their daily lives. This paper takes detached houses in the suburbs of Ningbo as the research objects, through performance simulation and big data mining of a large number of generated samples, and proposes a passive design strategy suitable for the local building form and envelope structure, which can guide local housing construction.

Abstract :
To investigate the changes of larch wood properties under the influence of long-standing exposure to the environment, the QUV accelerated weathering tester (fluorescent UV and condensation testers) was used to accelerate the weathering of wood within a given preset time, and the changes were studied by analogue simulation. The wood color changed noticeably under different weathering time, and it gradually darkened from light yellow to deep reddish brown. Scanning electron microscopic (SEM) analysis revealed that as the weathering time increased, the cell wall was broken, the pits were cracked, and the tracheids were damaged. The results of the energy spectrum analysis (O/C (oxygen/carbon)) showed an increasing trend in the ratio, indicating that the wood underwent an oxidation reaction induced by light. From the values of the two testing indexes and their change patterns with weathering time, the same trend was observed, with the values of modulus of elasticity (MOE) in static bending being greater than that in dynamic bending E-d (the dynamic modulus of elasticity). However, the variability of MOE was greater than that of E-d. A comparative analysis of the two detection indicators was performed. The relationship between the proposed combined correction E-d and weathering time was: y = 0.0000001017 t(2) - 0.0006 t + 9.77.

历史街区有着悠久的文化历史以及独具特色的城市肌理,是我国重要的历史文化遗产之一.随着城市化的快速发展,越来越多的历史街区受到了破坏.而现代化意识的加强,人与人之间的交流需求增多,人们开始更加注重公共空间的重要性.文章以历史街区公共空间为研究对象,基于人性化视角下,考虑人的行为心理特征,探讨了历史街区公共空间的改造及发展研究,以期为未来的历史街区公共空间改造提供有价值的研究成果.

Abstract :
为了更好地保护和利用我国的建筑遗产,在分析英国和中国建筑遗产保护制度发展历程的基础上,比较了二者在建筑遗产申报与确定程序、等级划分与评价标准以及改造与再利用要求等方面的不同,由此,提出了借鉴英国登录建筑保护制度、完善我国建筑遗产保护制度的几点建议.

Abstract :
自古以来,理想山水格局对我国传统村落影响较大,但其内在价值未被重视,也未对其合理性进行科学阐释。研究通过构建理想山水景观格局,利用ENVImet软件对不同主山高度变化进行模拟,分析不同高度变化对理想山水格局微气候的影响,提炼主山高度变化与传统村落间微气候影响的关系和规律。

Abstract :
历史文化街区的保护与更新一直是我国城市更新的重要课题。我国历史文化街区在经历大拆大建的更新模式后,逐渐转向以维系历史文脉、留住真正历史文化为导向的发展。历史文化街区的保护更新重在保护,保护建筑肌理的同时更需维系片区的生活方式,突出多重历史价值。更新进程不仅需注重硬件设施的提质,更需考虑其社会结构、情感依恋等人文方面,使历史文化街区可持续发展。

Abstract :
The wooden columns in timber structures of ancient buildings have column foot tenons of various sizes. The main reason for these differences is their use for different roof loads. Six full-scale specimens with different sizes of column foot tenon were designed and manufactured. The tree species used for the specimens was larch. The quasi-static test was conducted on the specimens that were used in timber structures of ancient buildings. The effects of column foot tenon size on the mechanical properties of larch wooden columns were studied. The moment-rotational angle hysteretic curves, moment-rotational angle skeleton curves, ductility, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity, slippages between the wooden column and the plinth, and the damage of the column foot tenons were examined. The test results showed that the column foot tenon played an important role in the mechanical behavior of the wooden column under low-cycle reversed cyclic loading. The rotation of the column foot tenon improved the energy dissipation capacity of the wooden column. As the rotational angle of the column base increased, the column foot tenon had different degrees of damage. Different sizes of column foot tenon had their own advantages and hysteretic behavior.

Abstract :
A set of reformulated theoretical formulas was developed to measure the relationships between moisture content (MC) and stress wave propagation velocity, dynamic modulus of elasticity (E-d), and modulus of stress-resistograph of the wood. The theory of wood science, elastic mechanics, wave science, and stress wave propagation were used as the theoretical basis. Using larch as the material, both stress wave and micro-drilling resistance technologies were used to study the timber property changes under different moisture contents. The results showed that when the MC of wood did not reach the fiber saturation point (FSP), the wood property decreased sharply with increased MC. However, the study also found that when the MC of wood was higher than the FSP, the wood property decreased with increased MC. In addition, the experimental results showed that the variation trend calculated by the new set of theoretical formulas was consistent with the numerical variation trend measured by the experiment, and the coupling effect of stress wave and micro-drilling resistance was high. This set of theoretical formulas can provide a reference for the research on nondestructive testing and performance evaluation of ancient building timber.

Abstract :
To quickly evaluate the material properties of ancient wooden structure members on site, the larch species of northeastern China was used as the research object, and the nondestructive testing method of the stress wave and the micro-drill resistance meter were used to measure it. The variation laws of the larch wood's cross and longitudinal property indexes were determined. According to the variation law of material property indexes, the detection divisions under the nondestructive testing technology of stress wave and micro-drill resistance instruments were divided, which provides a basis for improving the accuracy of on-site nondestructive testing. From the comparison of shade and light side data, it was found that there was little difference in material properties indexes. According to the change trend of larch wood with density, the pith, juvenile wood, mature wood, and overmature wood were divided, which provided a reference value for the study of wood growth laws.

Abstract :
Rapid urbanization has driven economic and social development, but it has also led to continued growth in building energy consumption. It is of great significance to ensure the user comfort while controlling the growth of building energy use. Accurate quantification of urban buildings' energy demand can support energy efficient and sustainable community design, assist urban morphology generation and optimization, building layout optimization, building shape and construction design, HVAC system optimization, assessment of the energy program and policy. In recent years, researchers worldwide have carried out research of urban scale energy consumption calculation methods from different perspectives, and encountered different technical difficulties. This paper provides a critical review on the energy modeling methods at urban neighborhood scale from the following three aspects: database, models and platforms. Through literature review, the authors indicate the advantages and limitations of current urban building energy calculation methods and tools, and propose the following possible approaches to improve the operational energy consumption calculation method for urban buildings: (1) develop micro-environment data generation methods that can be directly applied to energy consumption calculation of urban buildings; (2) improve the capabilities to collect, filter and convert the building information data by introducing the data mining technique; (3) introduce the cluster analysis and artificial intelligence technology to improve the speed of energy consumption calculation; (4) develop a visualization platform to realize real-time editing and calculating of urban design.
