Abstract :
为应对严重的水污染问题,污水排放标准越来越严格。污染物的深度去除,通常需要消耗大量的电能并经常性投加大量的化学药剂,这导致污水厂间接碳排放量巨大,环境效益降低,违背低碳可持续发展的原则。污水碳中和的达成可通过节能降耗、资源回收以及自身产能来实现。在能源紧缺,实现碳中和迫在眉睫的背景下,全面推进节能降耗技术的应用是最现实且有望短期实现的策略。脱氮是目前城市污水处理厂的关键任务,能耗占比大,本文即针对现有的污水脱氮途径和技术,从降低能源消耗以及实现资源回收两个方面出发,对能耗低、具有可持续性且具有应用前景的工艺进行总结。重点对厌氧氨氧化工艺(Anaerobic ammonium oxidation, Anammox),以及能实现能源回收的CANDO(Coupled aerobic-anoxic nitrous decomposition operation)工艺进行更为全面系统的综述,指出现有的技术问题和研究瓶颈,以期为污水脱氮技术的低碳发展及工程应用提供参考。

Abstract :
For variable speed (VS) space heating air source heat pump (ASHP) unit, its different operation speed combi-nations may significantly affect the frosting suppression and heating performances. However, currently there is no frosting suppression operation method for VS ASHP units, so that their frosting suppression ability using different speed combinations is not fully utilized. Therefore, a novel frosting suppression operation method based on the frosting suppression performance map for VS ASHPs has been proposed, and its development through experimental is reported in this paper. Firstly, a novel operation method to guide the frosting suppression operation for VS ASHPs is proposed. Secondly, an experimental setup with two VS experimental ASHP units, test conditions, and nine study cases are described. Thirdly, the speed combinations that led to different frosting suppression potentials but with the same output heating capacity were determined using the developed frosting suppression performance map, and comparative tests were carried out. It is shown that the use of the proposed novel frosting suppression operation method with the optimal coefficient of performance (COP), which can in-crease the total output heating capacity (Q) by 15% and the COP by 25%. The proposed novel operation method was straightforward and simple to implement, which could contribute to the further development of frosting suppression operation for ASHPs.

Abstract :
Defrosting operation is always used to solve its frosting problem at a high humidity environment for air source heat pump units (ASHPs), and at the end of defrosting operation, the residual melted frost may exist on the surface of outdoor coil and freeze into ice in sequent frosting. However, till now, as the residual melted frost icing environment is difficult to create, its quantitative influences on the heating performance of ASHPs is still unknown, especially at different icing levels. To resolve this issue, a control strategy was firstly proposed to make it possible for the residual melted frost to ice. Then, based on the control strategy, the effect of five different icing levels on operating performances of an ASHP unit were investigated. Results indicated that ice can promote the frost formation, and the operating performances of ASHP unit were significantly affected by different icing levels. When the percentage of iced outdoor coil surface was increased from 0% to 15% and 35%, the output heating capacity of ASHP unit was decreased by 11.2% and 23.8%, and meanwhile the COP of ASHP unit was decreased by 7.7% and 16.1%, respectively. The results can assist with the defrosting control optimization of practical products.

Abstract :
Air source heat pumps (ASHPs) have been widely used for heating in buildings. While in practice, the setting value of its supply water temperature is always far higher than the theoretical value owing to the delayed regulation, and this results in the low coefficient of performance. To solve this problem, an adaptive control method for the supply water temperature was proposed in present work. This control method could predict the best setting value of supply water temperature based on the heat-balance of the heat exchange amount in indoor fan-coils and building heating load, and the least squares method was used to achieve the adaptive identification of parameters. By adopting this control method in a field ASHP system, four sets of experiments were conducted. Results showed that this control method could quickly and accurately adapt to the actual project, and adjust the water temperature according to heating demand. When employing the new control method, the average supply water temperature was reduced by 8.4 degrees C, and lower supply water temperature made the coefficient of performance of ASHP unit increased by 21.16%; the building energy consumption was reduced by 34.24%, and the power consumption of the ASHP unit was reduced by 38.20%.

Abstract :
Building energy modeling, also known as building energy simulation, has developed rapidly in recent years and plays a crucial role in building life-cycle analysis. It can be employed in the design phase to predict the energy consumption of different design schemes and evaluate various control and retrofitting measures at the operation stage. In such simulations, it is commonly understood and accepted that the simulated relative differences are more reliable than the predictions of absolute energy results. However, whether this common understanding is true is yet to be thoroughly investigated. In this study, we investigate the simulated relative differences and the extent to which they are affected by the degree of model input deviation. Simulation and Monte Carlo approaches are adopted for the analysis. The results indicate that the simulated relative differences are not as reliable as expected, and the outputs strongly depend on the degree of the model input deviation. When the degree of deviation is less than 15% or the model inputs are within reasonable ranges, the simulated relative differences match the baseline obtained using Monte Carlo simulations. Moreover, the model's error indicators meet the requirements of the ASHRAE Guideline 14-2014 when the degree of input deviation is below 15%.

Abstract :
Electrochromic (EC) glazing provides a promising solution to actively adjusting the sunlight and radiant heat through windows in response to building visual and thermal environmental requirements, and control strategies play a critical role in the application of EC technology in buildings. However, there is a conflict between the visual and thermal environmental requirements for EC regulation during a cooling season. To solve this problem, this paper developed a predictive control strategy for EC glazing. It was achieved based on two theoretical models which could predict the energy performance of EC glazing at different tint states, including the solar radiation heat transmitted through the glazing and lighting energy consumption. The optimum glazing state was determined based on real-time minimized energy consumption. Study results showed that the predictive control strategy outperformed the rule-based control strategy, with percentage energy saving of an office room in Beijing, China from 8.04% to 12.78% over an entire cooling season. In addition, the paper evaluated the energy-saving of using EC glazing under the predictive control strategy in 28 Chinese cities. The results indicated that EC glazing was highly applicable in most of cities with energy saving from 2.35 kWh/m2 to 5.04 kWh/m2 over an entire cooling season. © 2022

Abstract :
For a space heating ASHP unit, frosting on its outdoor coil would adversely impact its normal operation, requiring frequent defrosting and resulting in low operating efficiency and poor indoor thermal comfort. It has been shown that varying the speeds of both compressor and outdoor air fan in a variable speed (VS) ASHP unit can lead to different outdoor coil surface temperatures and thus different frosting suppression performances. However, this can also result in different output heating capacities from the ASHP unit. To establish the comprehensive relationship between frosting suppression performances and the total output heating capacity for a VS ASHP unit, an experimental study on developing the condensing-frosting performance maps for a VS experimental ASHP unit under different speed combinations of its compressor and outdoor air fan at three Test Conditions, was carried out and the study results are presented in this paper. The obtained performance maps clearly demonstrated that for the experimental ASHP unit, varying the speeds of its compressor and outdoor air fan would result in not only different outdoor coil surface temperatures, but also different total output heating capacities. A higher outdoor coil surface temperature and thus a better frosting suppression performance may be achieved, but usually at the expenses of losing some of its total output heating capacity. On the other hand, the experimental results also suggested that when the experimental ASHP unit was operated at different speed combinations that can lead to the same or similar total output heating capacities, its operating characteristics in terms of outdoor coil surface states and the total output heating capacity can be remarkably different. The obtained condensing-frosting performance maps may be used as the guidance for the design, operation and control of ASHPs for frost-free operation. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd

Abstract :
本文通过采用CFD数值模拟分析法研究单螺杆膨胀机基元容积膨胀过程油气两相流的非稳态流动特性。考虑到单螺杆空间三维曲面结构的复杂性以及要实现单螺杆膨胀机基元容积膨胀过程的实时变化,利用STAR-CCM+软件对三维计算模型进行网格划分并采用变形网格技术实现动态膨胀过程的模拟仿真。模拟结果得到单螺杆膨胀机膨胀过程工质压力和温度变化规律,获得基元容积内流场的压力、温度和油气两相分布云图,并深入分析润滑油对工质状态的作用规律。
