Abstract :
Spent hydrogenation catalysts (HDCs) contain many Mo, V, Co, Ni, and Al2O3 carriers, which are valuable secondary resources. However, improper disposal can also lead to environmental pollution risks. In the past decade, research reviews on the recovery of valuable metals from spent HDCs have been somewhat reported, mainly summarizing basic technical processes. Based on previous work, this article reviews the emerging recycling technologies of spent HDCs in recent years. The research trend of furnace optimization in the pyrometallurgical process was innovatively proposed, and the importance of developing new mild leaching agents for the high-quality recycling of Al2O3 carriers in the hydrometallurgical process was clarified.

Abstract :
When the valuable metals in the hydrodesulphurisation (HDS) catalysts are recovered by the pyrometallurgical process, the traditional roasting method is prone to the problem of insufficient oxidative conversion of metal sulfides. However, the residual oil and carbon in the spent HDS catalysts cannot be effectively utilized, resulting in additional energy consumption. Fluidized roasting in a boiling furnace is a good way to use residual oil and carbon to provide heat for roasting while oxidizing the metal sulfides in the spent HDS catalyst. This study used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) coupled with the Coarse -Graining model (CGM) to simulate the fluidized roasting effect of HDS catalysts at different initial bed heights and gas velocities in a large-scale industrial boiling furnace. To improve the fluidized roasting quality and reduce the energy consumption, it is recommended that the optimal initial bed height ( H 0 ) is 0.45 m, the gas velocity ( u g ) is 1.45 m/s. The gas consumption and the net energy saving were 0.34 m 3 /kg and 2.29 x 10 10 J under this condition. Accordingly, the theory of the competitive relationship between particle collision and bubble fragmentation is innovatively proposed, and the distribution change of the turbulent energy intensity zone verifies this theory.

Abstract :
Bromine resources, widely utilized in basic chemical engineering, are considered non-renewable. A substantial amount of Bromine-Rich Saline Wastewater (BRSW), a hazardous waste, is generated during the smelting process of waste printed circuit boards (WPCBs). The efficient conversion of bromine resources is important in BRSW, which contain high concentrations of bromide ions. This study developed a synergistic treatment method utilizing electrolytic manganese anode sludge (EMAS) achieved efficient conversion of Br- to Br-2 in BRSW. Optimal technical parameters are determined through single-factor experiments, and the oxidative acid leaching process was optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). The significant influencing factors for Br- conversion were ranked as acidity > anode mud addition amount > temperature > time, resulting in a bromine conversion efficiency of 96.55%. Kinetic studies of bromine conversion in BRSW during the oxidation-acid leaching process indicated a two-stage process: Stage I being a chemical reaction control model and Stage II being a diffusion control model. The reaction mechanism was elucidated, where H+ initially breaks the Mn-O bond in MnO2, exposing O vacancies and forming Mn4+, leading to a redox reaction between free Br- and Mn4+. This research embodies the concept of synergistic solid waste disposal, achieving cost-effectiveness and streamlined preparation of bromine, and providing technical and theoretical support for bromine resource recovery in BRSW.

Abstract :
Biomass-synthesized biochar has abundant pore structure, large specific surface area, and strong adsorption capacity. Phase change materials (PCMs) have obvious advantages in using clean energy and improving energy efficiency. Biochar-based composite PCMs use the abundant pore structure of the biochar to efficiently encap-sulate PCMs, which not only achieve carbon sequestration but also have broad application prospects in the fields of solar energy usage, energy-saving buildings, and environmental temperature control. This review summarizes the synthesis of biochar and biochar-based composite PCMs in detail, as well as their application. Importantly, the prospect of biochar-based composite PCMs development is presented. This review will provide references for advancing the study of biochar-based composite PCMs, which are crucial for resource recycling, as well as green and low-carbon development.

Abstract :
一种锂云母尾泥全废料制备生态发泡陶瓷的方法,属于环境保护和资源再利用领域。以锂云母选矿尾泥(简称锂云母尾泥)为主要原料制备性能优良的生态发泡陶瓷,主要包括球磨、均化、烘干、布料、热处理等工序。本发明锂云母尾泥的添加量占比90%以上,为全废料利用,可实现锂云母尾泥大宗高值化利用。本发明采用复合发泡剂联合发泡技术,相比于单一发泡剂,具有快速发泡和孔径可控等优点。本发明制备得到的生态发泡陶瓷满足CJ/T 299‑2008《水处理用人工陶瓷滤料》工业标准,在生活污水处理方面具有潜在的应用价值。

含卤废水中卤盐回收方法一般包括预处理、浓缩结晶环节,选择合适的回收处理方法是卤盐高效回收的关键。结合实际案例,从含卤废水的预处理和浓缩结晶方面展开,总结归纳了从含卤废水中将卤盐资源化的预处理、浓缩、结晶等技术,分析了技术的适用条件、优缺点及应用前景,为含卤废水高效经济回收卤盐资源技术遴选和优化提供支撑。

Abstract :
本文综述了玻璃钢、风力发电复合材料、废弃印刷线路板三大典型有机-无机复合材料特性,其中废弃印刷线路板极具代表性,是回收价值最高、处置最难、污染最重的部分,其处置技术备受关注。以废弃印刷线路为例分别综述了机械分离法、火法和湿法冶金、热解法、超临界流体法以及微生物法等六种处置方法,认为热解法和火法冶炼是未来此类材料回收技术的主要发展方向,在废线路板与低值废玻璃钢和废风机叶片协同规模生产状况下,能有效减容、有价物质回收及降低治理成本、提高回收工艺经济性。

Abstract :
总结了近年来国内外废铅蓄电池回收的工艺特点,重点对铅膏湿法脱硫工艺及利用技术进行了综述,整体分为固-液、固-固两大脱硫技术体系,对比分析了现有技术特色与不足;从湿法预脱硫反应机理及其模型评述了湿法脱硫工艺的关键控制因素,探讨了脱硫过程中由产物层包覆引起的反应不彻底的问题;针对此问题,分析并且肯定了剪切、碰撞、研磨等机械强化方式对传质过程的促进作用,在此基础上,提出了边磨边浸出式强化脱硫的工艺发展方向。

本发明公开了一种用富硅硅渣氧化调质制备铅渣微晶玻璃的方法,属于富含单质硅的冶炼渣资源化利用的技术领域。本发明将富含单质硅的硅渣与氧化剂、助熔剂、澄清剂按配方比例混合、球磨和筛分后获得尺寸均匀的调质原料,调质原料经高温氧化熔融后形成氧化态熔融调质料。熔融调质料进一步与热态铅渣混熔和水淬后获得基础玻璃,所得基础玻璃经热处理制度后形成微晶玻璃。本发明对富含单质硅的冶炼渣进行氧化调质并与热态铅渣混熔后制备基础玻璃,通过调控基础玻璃的热处理制度后获得微晶玻璃。本发明工艺流程简单,生产效率高、成本低,实现了富硅硅渣和铅渣的协同高值转换目标,易于产业化推广应用。

Abstract :
As the biggest generator and consumer of household electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) in the world, China generates a large amount of printed circuit board (PCB) resin waste during the production and scrap disposal processes of household EEE each year, yet the precise estimation of the PCB resin waste generation in China is still to be determined. In this paper, the stock-based model is applied to forecast the future generation and sources of PCB resin waste in China. Eight major types of EEE are included to calculate the generation of PCB resin waste from 1998 to 2035. Results show that there will be more than 19.67 billion EEE scrapped during the research period, and about 12.97–13.43 million tonnes of PCB resin waste will generated from the production and scrap disposal processes of EEE. Waste air conditioner, TV set, and washing machine are the major contributors of PCB resin waste. At least 568.27 thousand tonnes of PCB resin waste will be produced in 2035, accompanied by over 231.09 thousand tonnes copper and 333.55 tonnes gold. It is also found that the generation of PCB resin waste is affected by lifestyle, technological level and population policy. This study provides a reliable tool to predict the generation of PCB resin waste and other waste generated from WEEE, and offers suggestions for policy design on waste management. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd
