Research on the impact of circular economy on total factor carbon productivity in China SCIE

Abstract :

Circular economy plays an important role in carbon emissions reduction. To understand how the development of circular economy in China improve the carbon productivity is of great significance to realize China's carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. Due to the late introduction of the concept of carbon productivity, only a few studies have preliminarily analyzed the impact of the overall development of circular economy on carbon productivity at the macro level, but they ignored the different impact of different dimensions of the circular economy indicator system on carbon productivity at the micro level. In this context, this paper analyzes the impact of circular economy on carbon productivity by constructing an index evaluation system for the carbon reduction effect of circular economy through the two dimensions of resource efficiency and economic benefits and using the total factor carbon productivity measured by the DEA-Malmquist model and also analyzes the untapped potential of circular economy in different regions, which is expected to provide policy reference for how to achieve green and sustainable development in China under low-carbon constraints. Results show that first, the development of circular economy positively affects carbon productivity, and such promotion effect gradually strengthens with time. Meanwhile, the proposed indices demonstrate varying effects, with the resource efficiency indices outperforming the economic efficiency indices. Second, the varying degrees of circular economy development across regions lead to variations in the carbon reduction effect of circular economy on carbon productivity. Specifically, compared with the eastern and central regions, the western region shows the greater untapped potential of the circular economy. Identifying priorities for circular economy development, developing a circular economy in accordance with the local conditions, developing and utilizing advanced carbon emissions reduction technologies, and opening up further to the outside world have important theoretical value and practical significance for exploring the carbon emission reduction effect of circular economy.

Study on Compulsory Classification Management and Behavior Synergy of Municipal Solid Waste SCIE SSCI

Abstract :

There is a general phenomenon of incoordination between garbage classification management and participation behavior, which seriously affects the sustainable management efficiency of domestic garbage. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduced the subject-object-process model into the waste classification management system, and constructed a mandatory classification management model of municipal solid waste and a comprehensive evaluation index system. Taking Beijing, China, as an example, the coupling coordination degree of garbage classification behaviors of residents in different was compared, and the coordination status of household waste management and behaviors was obtained. The results show that the synergy between government management and residents' household waste classification behavior is between 0.40 and 0.68, and the synergy between enterprises' participation in governance and residents' behavior is between 0.45 and 0.75. The coordination degree between domestic waste management and residents' participation behavior is generally in primary coordination or slight imbalance. The synergy degree between the secondary indicators of domestic waste management and residents' behavior is higher than that of the tertiary indicators. Superposition effect of integrated management measures is better; among the psychological factors affecting residents' classification behavior, the awareness rate and recognition degree of waste classification are very high, the awareness of environmental responsibility and social pressure are lagging behind. The study of synergy under the framework of subject-object-process not only quantifies the overall synergy between management and residents' behavior, but also provides a method to further implement garbage classification management in a targeted manner. Based on the synergy analysis, according to the weak links of various regions, classified management is carried out around publicity and education, supervision and management, assessment, rewards and punishments.

中国绿色发展的空间网络结构研究

Abstract :

利用中国30个省份(不含西藏和港澳台地区)的2016年绿色发展指数,构建修正引力模型,采用社会网络分析方法对中国绿色发展的空间网络结构特征进行的研究发现:2008—2016年中国绿色发展水平提升显著,地区间差异在缩小但差异仍较为明显,且地区间的联系突破地理邻近效应,呈现为广泛复杂的网络关联和结构形态并趋于稳定.绿色发展空间分布呈现:以环渤海为主的"双向溢出"板块,主要体现出经济及技术外溢以及能源输入;以西南地区为主的"双向溢出"板块主要进行资源供给及接受技术外溢;以东部沿海省份为主的"主受益"板块,体现其绿色发展得益于西北及环渤海地区的资源供给,各指标水平较高且均衡,但板块外的溢出效应不明显;西北地区省份为主的"净溢出"板块,各方面发展均比较落后,主要对环渤海地区进行资源供给;陕西、河南作为资源密集型省份,其绿色发展受自身经济、产业结构等因素的限制,但因其地理位置居中,处于网络中心性最高的重要地位,与其他省份存在较广泛密切的联系,建议培育为新的绿色发展增长极;总体上,板块内部聚类明显,但仍存在板块内部分省份及板块间的互动不强,需打破行政壁垒,发挥自身优势,促进板块间的技术、人才交流及资金流动,实现绿色协同发展.

基于C模式的京津冀经济发展与环境负荷研究 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

为分析京津冀地区经济发展、环境负荷的发展状况及其与循环经济发展C模式目标值的符合度,将京津冀2005—2015年经济增长与环境负荷的变化同C模式目标值进行比较,结果表明,在经济水平超预期发展的前提下,能源消费和二氧化碳排放的增速均超过了目标值。预测发现,延续现有发展模式,能源消费总量与2050年的绝对脱钩目标存在3.5亿t(以标准煤计)的差距,二氧化碳排放量与绝对脱钩目标存在2.6亿t的差距。为实现脱钩,建议京津冀地区采取综合措施,完善产业结构并协同提升产业技术水平,提高能效,降低能源强度。同时,大力发展可再生能源替代不可再生能源,使2050年可再生能源消费占比达到60.0%。

Abstract :

文章应用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)的GK模型,通过1997-2005年的面板数据,分析了城市生活垃圾与经济增长的EKC曲线.结果显示,我国只有部分省份的城市生活垃圾排放量与经济增长存在“倒U型”的环境库兹涅茨曲线.分区域而言,不同区域的曲线形状没有明显差别,只是相对于中西部地区,东部地区到达拐点的时间较早,生活垃圾的产生量较大并且增速也较快,污染更严重.城市生活垃圾排放量与经济增长曲线的拐点是动态变化的,它们的具体位置取决于城市生活垃圾排放量与经济发展水平的关系,城市生活垃排放量是多种因素综合作用的结果,其解决需要政府、企业和居民等多方面的共同努力.

Abstract :

In over 10 years, China remarkably progressed in the research and practice of circular economy. This paper presents a comparative study of the development of circular economy driven by the China's public policy and research. We conducted a bibliometric literature review based on the core journals listed in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Scopus and Web of Science databases with the CiteSpace V over the period of 2000-2016 as the background. We selectively analyzed 248 articles to determine research trends and gaps in China and then combined them with the practices of circular economy in China's three "Five-Year Plans", namely, the 10th, 11th, and 12th, to summarize the development path of the research and practice of circular economy based on their interaction while exploring new potential directions of research. Results show evident interactive feedback between public policy and academic research. After 2010, the number of published Chinese domestic journals showed a decreasing trend and an upward trend in international journals and received increased international attention. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, circular economy research and practice significantly developed. When China entered the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-2020), the development of circular economy played a much important role as it is promoted as an important part of the ecological civilization and comprehensive construction of well-off society (in 2020). The corresponding theoretical study and practice are expected to further make remarkable progress.
