Abstract :

跨界技术并购能够为企业提供全新的创新思路,在技术融合与创新背景下,其优势易于发挥.在并购发生后,高管团队职能背景异质性在很大程度上作用于企业战略和创新决策,对企业发展具有至关重要的作用.因此,选取首次并购公告日在2007年1月1日到2016年12月31日间的73个跨界技术并购案例为样本,运用多元回归方法对高管团队职能背景异质性与企业跨界技术并购绩效的关系进行实证分析.结果显示,高管团队职能背景异质性对企业跨界技术并购绩效具有正向影响;市场化程度和可用冗余均正向调节上述作用.探索高管职能背景异质性对跨界技术并购绩效的作用机理,拓展信息决策理论应用情境,并为企业在跨界技术并购时进行高管团队配置和资源布局提供决策依据.

Abstract :

技术并购后,企业需要通过研发活动促进技术的吸收和整合,但研发资金却常常受到由于并购导致的未来现金流不确定性的制约.这时,创新补贴可能成为企业弥补资金不足的必要补充.论文以主并企业为A股上市公司的技术并购事件为样本,运用回归分析的方法,探究了创新补贴对并购后研发投入强度的影响机理.结果表明,税收优惠对企业技术并购后的研发投入强度有显著的直接激励效应;财政补贴则是通过降低金融错配对研发投入的抑制作用间接地发挥激励作用.研究结论丰富了吸收能力理论,为政府的创新补贴制度安排以及企业的技术并购决策提供参考.

基于组织期望理论,文章以130家上市公司的跨界技术并购事件为样本,探索企业面临的行业竞争差距对跨界技术并购绩效的影响.结果表明,对于进行跨界技术并购的企业,跨界技术并购前行业竞争差距促进了跨界技术并购后企业绩效的提升.同时,债务融资契约和债务担保能力在二者之间起到正向调节作用.在行业竞争压力如何影响跨界技术并购绩效的情境下,从跨界创新与行业追赶的角度丰富了期望理论,为面对绩效压力的企业进行跨界技术并购战略决策提供参考.

本研究以A股上市公司的技术并购事件为研究对象,基于多维邻近性理论,探索处于不同生命周期的主并企业在进行技术并购时与被并企业的技术邻近性对并购后创新绩效的影响.研究表明,技术并购中,处于不同生命周期的主并企业,与被并企业的技术邻近性特征对并购后创新绩效的影响不同.当主并企业处于成长期时,并购双方的技术邻近性能显著提升并购后的创新绩效,而当主并企业处于成熟期时相反,处于衰退期时则无显著影响.同时,研发投入在并购双方技术邻近性与创新绩效之间起到正向调节作用,被并企业所处的外部技术人才供应环境亦会影响技术并购后的创新效果.

Abstract :

基于高阶理论,以主并企业为A股上市公司的321个技术并购事件为研究对象,通过回归分析探究了董事长和总经理任职经验对技术并购决策的影响机理。研究发现,董事长-总经理任职经验异质性促进企业进行更大交易规模的技术并购。同时,总经理技术敏感性能够强化董事长-总经理任职经验异质性对技术并购规模的正向影响。此外,董事长-总经理合作默契能够进一步强化总经理技术敏感性对董事长-总经理任职经验异质性与技术并购规模的正向调节效应。研究结论在技术并购决策情境下拓展了高阶理论,并可为企业技术并购决策机制优化提供参考。

Abstract :

A denitrifying strain ZY04 with high nitrite-accumulating rate was isolated and purified from activated sludge in lab-scale A2/O reactor. The strain was characterized and identified as Acinetobacter johnsonii by 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis. The Logistic model were fitted well to the experimental growth curve of strain ZY04 with the growth equation constants of a=0.6588, b=24.08, k=0.2413. To investigate the partial denitrification performance of strain ZY04, the batch experiments were conducted by fixing the initial concentration at 100mg/L and supplying with different quantities of sodium acetate to control the carbon-nitrogen ratio (TOC/TN) at 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5. The result showed that ZY04 exhibited the high removal rate of nitrate over 95% under different TOC/TN conditions. The nitrite accumulation rate reached over 70% within 17 hours under the TOC/TN at 3.5 and 4.5, while the rate was over 85% within 11hours under the condition with the TOC/TN at 5.5 and 6.5. the highest nitrite accumulation rate was up to 91% when the TOC/TN was set as 5.5. The results of inhibitory kinetics analysis revealed that three biokinetic models (Aiba, Edwards and Andrews) could well simulate the growth pattern of strain ZY04inhibited by single substrate (nitrate or sodium acetate). In the double-substrate inhibitory model, six models of nine combinations successfully fitted the growth characteristic of strain affected by double substrate of nitrate and sodium acetate. The relevant semi-saturation parameters and substrate inhibition parameters were obtained, and the correlation coefficient (R2) could reach 98%. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. Abstract :

A PCL-degrading strain was isolated and identified as Pseudomonas sp. JQ-H3 through morphology observation and phylogenetic analysis. The strain showed the heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification (HN-AD) ability using PCL as a sole carbon source. About 93.11% of initial ammonium (102.41mg/L) was degraded within 36h with the maximum ammonium removal rate of 5.77mg/(L•h), while approximately 93.93% of initial nitrate (99.01mg/L) was removed within 48h with the maximum ammonium removal rate of 4.12mg/(L•h). 94.03% of PCL film with initial weight of 100mg was decomposed after 60days, and the extracellular lipases activity reached the maximum value of 9.18mU/mL at 30th days. In addition, the expression levels of amoA and nirS genes were promoted in the weak alkaline environment. The successful expression of napA, cnorB and nosZ genes further proved the HN-AD ability of the strain JQ-H3. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. All right reserved.

Abstract :

Based on the stable immobilizing anammox reactor, the anammox coupling with partial denitrification, called DEAMOX, was successfully achieved after 94days operation with the value of NO2--N accumulation rate and the removal rate of NO3--N up to 63.5% and 98.4%, respectively. The findings revealed that the optimum ranges of COD/NO3--N for coupling reaction were 2.3~2.7. Besides, the coupling performance was weakened by the raising pH values up to 8.0 or 8.5, which was inconsistent with some published research. The immobilizing anammox further coupling whole process denitrification was achieved by adding solid carbon source of PCL into DEAMOX reactor. Subsequently, the NO3--N produced by anaerobic ammonia oxidation could be completely removed and the removal rate of total nitrogen increased from 79.4% to 88.3%. Besides, there were a large number of denitrifying biofilms attached to the surface of PCL particles. © 2019, Editorial Board of China Environmental Science. All right reserved.

Abstract :

To better the contrast of the images under the mine and suppress the influence of dust and noise, a mine image enhancement algorithm based on dual domain decomposition is proposed. Firstly, input images are decomposed into low frequency images and high frequency images respectively using bilateral filter. Secondly, haze removal and contrast enhancement of the low frequency images are realized by using the fast-dark channel prior dehazing algorithm and gamma transform. After that, non-subsampled Shearlet transform and second order differential operator are adopted to realize the high-frequency image denoising and enhancement. At last, the enhanced high-frequency and low-frequency images are composited into basic enhanced images followed by suppression of dust blur and over-exposure white artifact to obtain the desirable enhanced images. Result of the experiment shows that our algorithm is widely applicable for it not only can enhance the contrast of the images under the mine but also suppress the haze and noise effectively. © 2019, Science Press.
