Abstract :
Due to the vertical flexibility, three-dimensional (3D) seismic isolators have more prominent stability problems than horizontal isolators. However, existing mechanical models mainly focus on the P- Delta effect (or axial-load effect) of bearings, while less attention is paid to the rocking effect of 3D isolators. In this study, based on the Koh-Kelly model, a mechanical model reflecting both P- Delta and rocking effects is proposed for 3D isolators. Then, a simplified analysis method of 3D base isolation systems (3D-BISs) is established and the seismic response of a 3DBIS with a large aspect ratio (i.e., the ratio of structural height to structural width) is explored. The results show that the 3D-BIS can reduce both horizontal and vertical seismic responses of the superstructure, while the horizontal base isolation system (H-BIS) is found to significantly amplify the vertical acceleration. The rocking effect results in a superior horizontal isolation effect of the 3D-BIS than the H-BIS but greatly increases the horizontal displacement and weakens the dynamic stability of the superstructure. The P- Delta effect of horizontal elastomeric bearings can usually be neglected for evaluating the displacement response of the 3D-BIS. Moreover, providing additional rocking stiffness is beneficial to decoupling the horizontal translation from the rocking motion while may increase the horizontal acceleration of the superstructure, so proper rocking stiffness should be set for the 3D-BIS to balance these effects. This study develops an efficient analysis means for the seismic response of the 3D-BIS.

Abstract :
The selection of representative ground motion intensity measure (IM) and structural engineering demand parameter (EDP) is the crucial prerequisite for evaluating structural seismic performance within the performance-based earthquake engineering (PBEE) framework. This study focuses on this crucial step in developing the probabilistic seismic demand model for two-story and three-span subway stations exposed to transverse seismic loadings in three different ground conditions. The equivalent linearization approach is used to simulate the shear modulus degradation and the increase in damping characteristics of the soil under seismic excitation. Nonlinear fiber beam-column elements are adopted to characterize the nonlinear hysteretic degradation of the subway station structure during seismic events. A total of 21 far-field ground motions are selected from the PEER strong ground motion database. Nonlinear incremental dynamic analyses (IDAs) are conducted to evaluate the seismic response of the subway station. A suite of 23 ground motion IMs is evaluated using the criteria of correlation, efficiency, practicality, and proficiency. Then, a multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is employed to integrate these evaluation criteria and determine the optimal ground motion IMs in different ground conditions. The peak ground acceleration and sustained maximum acceleration are demonstrated to be the optimal ground motion IM candidates for shallowly buried rectangular underground structures in site classes I, II, and III, while the root-mean-square displacement and compound displacement are found to be not suitable for this purpose.

Abstract :
In the ductility-based seismic design of reinforced concrete (RC) bridges, the equivalent plastic hinge length (Lpeq) of the RC pier is critical in determining the ultimate deformation capacity of bridge piers. However, developing an equivalent plastic hinge model for RC double-column piers (DCPs) is challenging due to uncertainties regarding boundary conditions and dynamic axial forces. This article aims to investigate the Lpeq of RC circular DCPs. The quasi-static cyclic loading tests of six RC DCPs were firstly carried out and the effects of dynamic axial forces on the Lpeq as well as the ultimate deformation in DCP were then systematically investigated. The test results show that plastic hinges develop at both the top and bottom of the piers, with noticeable differences in section curvature due to the boundary conditions. Based on these, the boundaries of the effects of dynamic axial forces were then established based on statistical methods. An equivalent plastic hinge model of the RC DCP was developed and the Lpeq prediction equations for the top and bottom of the pier were obtained using a genetic optimization algorithm, based on the double-bending assumption. Comparison with experimental data shows that the proposed model accurately predicts Lpeq. The research results can provide a reference for the seismic design of RC bridges with DCPs.

Abstract :
在建筑行业转型升级的背景下,针对大型建筑运维过程管理效率低、各类运维事件决策分析精度不足、智能化程度有待提高等问题,提出基于数字孪生的智能运维理论体系与实现方法.总结归纳大型建筑智能运维需要采集的信息,分析智能运维亟待解决的问题,融合智能感知与数字孪生技术,给出智能运维运行机理,建立针对大型建筑的智能运维架构体系与多维多尺度的孪生模型.研究建筑智能运维的实现方法,其中包含智能运维全要素信息的采集与传输、智能运维孪生体的构建与运行、智能运维孪生数据的管理机制及智能运维平台的架构.在智能运维理论体系和实现方法的指导下,搭建了智能运维平台,并应用于某大型建筑工程的运维管理.考虑运维管理过程中的虚实交互与时空演化,初步验证了数字孪生在提高运维管理智能化程度方面的有效性.

Abstract :
为解决传统阻尼器屈服后刚度和强度不足的问题,基于分阶段抗震设计理念,研发一种基于位移放大型变刚度自复位阻尼器(self-centering dampers based on variable stiffness and displacement amplification, SDVD),能够兼顾结构在不同变形阶段的刚度和承载力需求。该阻尼器主要由子模块初始刚度模块(initial stiffness module, ISM)和变刚度模块(variable stiffness module, VSM)组成,基于阻尼器的构造,分析其子模块及整个阻尼器的工作机理;以ISM和VSM的长度和宽度为参数,设计并制作模块ISM和VSM及SDVD整体的模型试件,通过拟静力试验研究子模块及整个阻尼器的滞回性能;通过有限元模型(finite element model, FEM)研究阻尼器滞回性能的参数影响规律。研究结果表明:该阻尼器表现出拉压对称的旗帜形滞回特性,同时具有位移放大效应和变刚度特性;通过对比分析,由有限元分析得到的阻尼器滞回曲线与拟静力试验结果吻合较好;SDVD的初始刚度和强度主要由ISM提供,并且随着ISM丝束长度的减小而增加;SDVD的屈服后刚度和承载力主要由VSM提供,且随着VSM挡杆宽度的减小而增加。

Abstract :
桥墩结构的震后竖向承载力是评估梁式桥梁震后通行功能的重要指标,但其难以测量。为了快速定量地评估桥梁结构的震后通行能力,对评估梁式桥梁结构震后竖向承载力的最优工程需求参数(EDP)进行了系统地研究。首先选取与墩柱残余侧移和损伤相关的5个EDPs,通过对考虑了材料不确定性的RC桥墩进行Pushover分析和动力时程分析得到5个EDPs,进一步对震后的桥墩进行Pushdown分析获取震后竖向承载力。然后采用回归模型对所选EDPs与震后竖向承载力损失比的关系曲线进行回归分析,选取竖向承载力损失比关系曲线的最优回归模型为在ln(x)-y坐标系中的正态累积函数模型,进一步通过最优EDP评价准则对评估竖向承载力损失比的5个EDPs进行评价分析。评价结果表明:当考虑震后可计算性时,峰值侧移率最优;当考虑震后可测性时,残余侧移率最优;当考虑余震时,改进的Park-Ang指标最优。通过选取的最优EDP可以建立桥梁结构功能指标与抗震性能指标之间的联系,为进一步发展和完善桥梁结构的抗震韧性评估和设计提供参考。

Abstract :
Rock fragmentation plays a critical role in rock avalanches, yet conventional approaches such as classical granular flow models or the bonded particle model have limitations in accurately characterizing the progressive disintegration and kinematics of multi-deformable rock blocks during rockslides. The present study proposes a discrete-continuous numerical model, based on a cohesive zone model, to explicitly incorporate the progressive fragmentation and intricate interparticle interactions inherent in rockslides. Breakable rock granular assemblies are released along an inclined plane and flow onto a horizontal plane. The numerical scenarios are established to incorporate variations in slope angle, initial height, friction coefficient, and particle number. The evolutions of fragmentation, kinematic, runout and depositional characteristics are quantitatively analyzed and compared with experimental and field data. A positive linear relationship between the equivalent friction coefficient and the apparent friction coefficient is identified. In general, the granular mass predominantly exhibits characteristics of a dense granular flow, with the Savage number exhibiting a decreasing trend as the volume of mass increases. The process of particle breakage gradually occurs in a bottom-up manner, leading to a significant increase in the angular velocities of the rock blocks with increasing depth. The simulation results reproduce the field observations of inverse grading and source stratigraphy preservation in the deposit. We propose a disintegration index that incorporates factors such as drop height, rock mass volume, and rock strength. Our findings demonstrate a consistent linear relationship between this index and the fragmentation degree in all tested scenarios.

Abstract :
承插连接由于具有整体性能好、施工工序简单和拼装容许误差大等优点,成为预制装配桥墩节点的有效连接方式之一。为探明桩基础承插节点的冲切失效模式及承载力计算方法,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立预制装配墩柱-桩基础承插节点数值计算模型,通过UHPC-NC直剪试验和墩柱-桩基础轴压试验进行了数值模型校验,研究了底板、接缝和承插连接参数对预制装配墩柱-桩基础承插节点的冲切传力机制、承载能力和失效模式的影响规律,提出了预制装配墩柱-桩基础承插节点冲切承载力计算公式。数值模拟结果表明,预制装配墩柱-桩基础承插节点的传力路径沿墩柱底部到桩的顶部;峰值荷载过后,承台底部混凝土开裂失效;接缝承载力和UHPC与混凝土之间的接触面积呈正相关,承台的冲切承载力与底板高度呈正相关。此外,当承插深度与底板高度之比由0.60增大到2.08时,接缝承载力提升了80.2%,而承插连接以及底板承载力分别降低了27.7%、52.9%,承插连接参数与底板参数具有相同的变化趋势,且底板承载力对承插连接承载力的占比较大,说明底板对承插节点承载力的贡献起主导作用。通过对已有试验和数值模拟分析,将底板和接缝的贡献系数分别取为1.00和0.92,为类似预制装配墩柱-桩基础承插节点冲切承载力的计算提供了依据。

Abstract :
混凝土材料在低温环境下应用广泛,然而目前对于混凝土低温力学性能的研究仍不够充分。为了探讨混凝土材料的低温抗拉性能及其尺寸效应规律,设计了边长为100 mm、150 mm和300 mm的立方体混凝土试块,分别在4个温度点下(T=20 ℃、-30 ℃、-60 ℃和-90 ℃)进行了劈裂抗拉强度试验,得到了相应的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线以及劈裂抗拉强度。试验结果表明:在低温劈裂拉伸荷载作用下,混凝土中的骨料颗粒破坏比常温下更为严重;随着温度降低,混凝土材料的劈裂抗拉强度较常温下显著提高;低温下混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度随尺寸增大而下降,存在明显的尺寸效应现象,且随着温度降低,尺寸效应行为更显著;另外,经典...
