Abstract :
基于ABAQUS有限元数值计算平台,考虑混凝土材料的非均质性以及钢筋和混凝土的应变率效应,建立了钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)梁三维细观数值分析模型,探究了 RC梁在不同应变率和配箍率条件下的剪切性能及其尺寸效应行为.结果表明:剪切承载力随着应变率和配箍率的增加均有不同程度的提高;名义抗剪强度随梁高的增大而减小,存在显著的尺寸效应现象;应变率和配箍率的增大一方面可以提高RC梁的名义抗剪强度,另一方面会削弱名义抗剪强度的尺寸效应行为;提出的RC梁静/动态剪切统一尺寸效应律同时考虑了尺寸效应、应变率效应和配箍率的影响,能够较好地预测RC梁在静态和动态作用下的名义抗剪强度,具有一定的准确性和合理性.

Abstract :
为了研究在低周往复荷载作用下结构尺寸对方钢管混凝土短柱抗震性能的影响,对6根方钢管混凝土短柱开展了水平往复加载试验,分析了截面尺寸对柱破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线以及不同抗震性能指标(如刚度退化、耗能能力、延性等)的影响,阐明了不同截面尺寸对柱名义抗剪强度的影响规律和机制,研究结果表明:不同截面尺寸的试件破坏形态基本相同,表现为柱底部钢管鼓曲、核心混凝土被压碎的破坏形态;当截面尺寸由200 mm增至600 mm时,在不同加载方向上,方钢管混凝土短柱名义抗剪强度分别下降了63.1%(59.8%),表现出显著的尺寸效应;随着截面尺寸增大,相对名义刚度与平均耗能系数呈降低趋势;JIN等提出的考虑尺寸效应的抗剪强度公式计算值与试验值吻合良好,说明考虑尺寸效应的方钢管混凝土柱抗剪承载力计算公式能够较为准确的预测其抗剪承载力。

Abstract :
Nano-zero-valent iron (nZVI), as a typical nano-material, has been recently used in wastewater treatment and combination with bioreactors. Using nZVI coupled denitrification system research the effect and influence of nZVI enhanced denitrification sludge on the degradation of toxic compounds and system performance. The nZVI coupled denitrification system showed better resistance to 2,6-DCP impact, and the concentrations of effluent NO2- and NO3- were below 2.0 mg/L. At the same time, the addition of nZVI enabled the denitrification system to quickly adapt to the toxic environment of 2,6-DCP within 15 days, and the degradation efficiency of 2,6-DCP reached 99.9%. The released SMP reduced after nZVI coupled with denitrification sludge in 2,6-DCP environment, which could improve the effluent water quality. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed that the addition of nZVI would change the structure of EPS in denitrification sludge. After 90 days of operation, the dominant bacteria in the denitrifying sludge have undergone great changes. Moreover, Thauera was responsible as the dominant bacteria for degrading 2,6-DCP in the denitrification system. The increased in the proportion of functional bacteria with nitrate_reduction, nitrogen_respiration, nitrate_respiration and nitrite_respiration in the presence of NZVI further reveals the mechanism of enhanced denitrification.

Abstract :
本发明提供了基于锈蚀和疲劳荷载同时作用下钢筋混凝土梁粘结性能测试的试验方法及加速锈蚀装置,装置包括—水泵,水泵放置在水槽中,并由定时器控制开关,水槽中放置氯化钠溶液;水泵抽出的溶液由水管连接到待测钢筋混凝土梁粘结区上方;粘结区包裹一圈海绵,海绵外包裹一圈塑料薄膜;待测钢筋混凝土梁中提前预埋一根不锈钢丝,不锈钢丝连接至外部直流电源负极,电源正极连接待测钢筋,待测钢筋上固定有第一位移计、第二位移计、第一应变片、第二应变片。本发明提供的加速锈蚀装置及试验方法,能够客观、准确、简洁的测量锈蚀和疲劳荷载同时作用下钢筋混凝土梁的粘结性能等参数。

Abstract :
本文对CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点的剪切破坏行为及其抗剪强度的尺寸效应进行了分析.采用细观数值模拟方法,建立了CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点剪切破坏的有限元模型,研究了几何相似的CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点细观破坏模式与失效机制,探讨了节点配箍率对CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点抗剪强度及其尺寸效应规律的影响.模拟结果表明:CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点的名义抗剪强度存在明显的尺寸效应,提高节点配箍率可以削弱抗剪强度的尺寸效应.与钢筋混凝土梁-柱节点抗剪性能对比发现:CFRP筋混凝土梁-柱节点名义抗剪强度的尺寸效应更为明显.基于前期工作中提出的考虑配箍率影响的钢筋混凝土梁-柱节点名义抗剪强度尺寸效应律,结合本文...

Abstract :
A novel core-shell magnetic composites [Fe3O4@C@FeOx (FCF)] (Fe3O4 as the core and C as the inner shell, FeOx as the outer shell) was prepared by modifying Fe3O4@C magnetic nanoparticles (FC) by amorphous iron oxides to remove As(V) from water. Both the magnetic core (FC) and the amorphous iron oxide shell were all fabricated with Iron-containing water treatment residuals (WTRs), also called iron sludge. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis (BET), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were utilized to characterize the FC and FCF. TEM images clearly show that FCF is composed of spherical particles with obvious core-shell structure, and the thickness of carbon shell and amorphous iron oxide shell are 20-35 and 30-50 nm, respectively. With saturation magnetization of 16.30 emu/g, FCF nanoparticles could be easily separated from the solution with a hand held magnet. BET analysis show that the specific surface area of FCF is 122.7 m(2)/g, which is conducive to the adsorption of As(V). The adsorption efficiency of FCF for As(V) is high in a wide range of pH 3-9. Moreover, the adsorption process might be a chemical adsorption according to kinetics fitting analysis of FCF. Both Langmuir and Freundlich model could fit the adsorption data for the FCF at 25 degrees C and 35 degrees C well, and the maximum adsorption capacity of FCF (13.47 mg/g) at 25 degrees C is about 3.29 times of that of FC (3.14 mg/g), which may be due to the large amount of amorphous iron oxides coated on the surface of FCF and its large specific surface area. This study not only provides a new way for the disposal of waste iron sludge, but also supplies a cheap and stable adsorbent for the treatment of arsenic-containing water.

Abstract :
Although the chitosan-WTRs particulate adsorbent prepared by embedding method has been proved to have arsenic adsorption capacity, the capacity of it is greatly weakened compared with the original water treatment residuals (WTRs). In this study, WTRs and chitosan were used as raw materials to prepare a new kind of adsorbent beads by a homogeneous method. At the same time, in order to enhance the adsorption capacity and reduce the limitation of kinetics, freeze-drying method was chosen to dry the adsorbent. The WTRs-chitosan beads by homogeneous method (WCB) were characterized by SEM, XRD, XPS and other methods. According to the characterization results, there are regularly arranged pores inside the particles, and the iron in the particles mainly exists in the form of amorphous iron oxyhydroxide. According to the results of batch experiment, the pseudo-second-order kinetic model has a higher degree of fit, indicating that the WCB adsorbs As(V) mainly by chemical adsorption. The maximum adsorption capacity estimated from the Langmuir isotherm model is 42.083 mg/g, which is almost same as the WTRs. Weak acid and neutral conditions are conducive to adsorption, while alkaline conditions have a significant inhibitory effect on arsenic adsorption.

Abstract :
Backwashing sludge of groundwater treatments for iron and manganese removal is an effective adsorbent to remove arsenic from water. Still, it isn't easy to apply in practice due to its powder form. A new type of granular adsorbent (GA) was prepared by using this sludge as raw material. GA was prepared by adding a homogeneous solution of iron sludge and chitosan into NH4OH solution with a separatory funnel and pipette tip. GA has a high sorption capacity of 14.95 mg/g As(V) determined by the Langmuir model. And the dynamic filtration experiment was conducted by filling the GA in the plexiglass column. The experimental results show that the adsorption capacity of the filter column increased with the increase of bed depth, while the unit adsorption capacity decreased. When the bed depth was 15 cm, the total and unit adsorption capacities were 10.755 mg and 0.779 mg/g, respectively. In comparison, when the bed depth was 60 cm, the adsorption capacity was 20.405 mg, and the unit adsorption capacity was 0.370 mg/g. When the bed was in the midst of 30, 45, 60 cm, the breakthrough time was 13 h, 100 h, 200 h at EBCT of 9 min, 18 min, and 37 min, respectively. The NaOH solution with a 1% concentration was continuously injected to regenerate the exhausted GA filter column, and the desorption rate reached 25.8%. After regeneration, the adsorption capacity of GA was slightly decreased, and the GA column still had good As(V) removal performance with Re% above 90%. The Thomas, Adams-Bohart, YoonNelson models were used to fit the experimental data, and the Yoon-Nelson model was proved better to describe the breakthrough curves. GA column has a more commendable adsorption capacity compared to some other adsorbents. This study not only resourcefully utilizes waste iron sludge but also represents a step forward in investigating the possibility of extending iron sludge adsorbents from batch to fixed bed adsorption.
