钢筋混凝土梁动态剪切性能及尺寸效应细观研究

Abstract :

基于ABAQUS有限元数值计算平台,考虑混凝土材料的非均质性以及钢筋和混凝土的应变率效应,建立了钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)梁三维细观数值分析模型,探究了 RC梁在不同应变率和配箍率条件下的剪切性能及其尺寸效应行为.结果表明:剪切承载力随着应变率和配箍率的增加均有不同程度的提高;名义抗剪强度随梁高的增大而减小,存在显著的尺寸效应现象;应变率和配箍率的增大一方面可以提高RC梁的名义抗剪强度,另一方面会削弱名义抗剪强度的尺寸效应行为;提出的RC梁静/动态剪切统一尺寸效应律同时考虑了尺寸效应、应变率效应和配箍率的影响,能够较好地预测RC梁在静态和动态作用下的名义抗剪强度,具有一定的准确性和合理性.

结构尺寸对方钢管混凝土短柱抗震性能影响的试验研究

Abstract :

为了研究在低周往复荷载作用下结构尺寸对方钢管混凝土短柱抗震性能的影响,对6根方钢管混凝土短柱开展了水平往复加载试验,分析了截面尺寸对柱破坏形态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线以及不同抗震性能指标(如刚度退化、耗能能力、延性等)的影响,阐明了不同截面尺寸对柱名义抗剪强度的影响规律和机制,研究结果表明:不同截面尺寸的试件破坏形态基本相同,表现为柱底部钢管鼓曲、核心混凝土被压碎的破坏形态;当截面尺寸由200 mm增至600 mm时,在不同加载方向上,方钢管混凝土短柱名义抗剪强度分别下降了63.1%(59.8%),表现出显著的尺寸效应;随着截面尺寸增大,相对名义刚度与平均耗能系数呈降低趋势;JIN等提出的考虑尺寸效应的抗剪强度公式计算值与试验值吻合良好,说明考虑尺寸效应的方钢管混凝土柱抗剪承载力计算公式能够较为准确的预测其抗剪承载力。

考虑CFRP布剥离的无腹筋RC梁剪切尺寸效应分析

Abstract :

为分析考虑CFRP布剥离的无腹筋RC梁剪切尺寸效应,建立了考虑混凝土材料非均质性、钢筋与混凝土间的黏结性能以及CFRP布与混凝土相互作用关系的CFRP加固无腹筋钢筋混凝土(RC)梁三维细观数值分析模型。在验证细观数值分析模型合理性的基础上,设计并建立28根CFRP布加固RC梁模型,分析不同配纤率(0.055 5%、0.111 0%和0.222 0%)和不同截面尺寸(80 mm×200 mm、160 mm×400 mm、240 mm×600 mm和320 mm×800 mm)情况下,CFRP布剥离对RC梁剪切破坏及其尺寸效应的影响。分析结果表明:考虑CFRP布剥离能够真实反映CFRP布与混凝土非可靠黏结状态下RC梁的实际剪切性能;梁名义抗剪强度随截面尺寸增大而降低,均表现出明显的尺寸效应现象。当加固梁截面高度从200 mm增加到800 mm时,3组配纤率对应的考虑剥离的RC梁的名义抗剪强度分别下降了26.5%、17.8%和13.1%,而未考虑剥离的RC梁的名义抗剪强度分别下降了20.6%、13.0%和8.1%。考虑CFRP布剥离时,CFRP布对RC梁剪切尺寸效应削弱效果不显著。依据数值分析结果,提出了考虑CFRP布剥离的CFRP加固无腹筋RC梁抗剪强度尺寸效应律。考虑CFRP布剥离得到的理论值与试验值吻合较好,验证了扩展尺寸效应律的合理性和准确性,在实际模拟中应考虑CFRP布的剥离。

Enhancing 2,6-dichlorophenol degradation and nitrate removal in the nano-zero-valent iron (nZVI) solid-phase denitrification system SCIE

Abstract :

Nano-zero-valent iron (nZVI), as a typical nano-material, has been recently used in wastewater treatment and combination with bioreactors. Using nZVI coupled denitrification system research the effect and influence of nZVI enhanced denitrification sludge on the degradation of toxic compounds and system performance. The nZVI coupled denitrification system showed better resistance to 2,6-DCP impact, and the concentrations of effluent NO2- and NO3- were below 2.0 mg/L. At the same time, the addition of nZVI enabled the denitrification system to quickly adapt to the toxic environment of 2,6-DCP within 15 days, and the degradation efficiency of 2,6-DCP reached 99.9%. The released SMP reduced after nZVI coupled with denitrification sludge in 2,6-DCP environment, which could improve the effluent water quality. Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy showed that the addition of nZVI would change the structure of EPS in denitrification sludge. After 90 days of operation, the dominant bacteria in the denitrifying sludge have undergone great changes. Moreover, Thauera was responsible as the dominant bacteria for degrading 2,6-DCP in the denitrification system. The increased in the proportion of functional bacteria with nitrate_reduction, nitrogen_respiration, nitrate_respiration and nitrite_respiration in the presence of NZVI further reveals the mechanism of enhanced denitrification.

Abstract :

The development of low-cost adsorbent is an urgent need in the field of wastewater treatment. In this study, sludge-based magnetic biochar (SMB) was prepared by pyrolysis of sewage sludge and backwashing iron mud without any chemical agents. The samples were characterized by TGA, XRD, ICP, Organic element analysis, SEM, TEM, VSM and BET. Characterization analysis indicated that the magnetic substance in SMB was Fe3O4, and the saturation magnetization was 25.60 emu & BULL;g(-1), after the adsorption experiment, SMB could be separated from the solution by a magnet. The batch adsorption experiment of methylene blue (MB) adsorption showed that the adsorption capacities of SMB at 298 K, 308 K and 318 K were 47.44 mg & BULL;L-1, 39.35 mg & BULL;L-1, and 25.85 mg & BULL;L-1, respectively. After one regeneration with hydrochloric acid, the maximum adsorption capacity of the product reached 296.52 mg & BULL;g(-1). Besides, the adsorption kinetic described well by the pseudo-second order model revealed that the intraparticle diffusion was not just the only rate controlling step in adsorption process. This study gives a reasonable reference for the treatment of sewage sludge and backwashing iron mud. The product could be used as a low-cost adsorbent for MB removal.

在4℃且无基质的条件下,将厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥保藏230 d之后进行活性恢复,探究添加葡萄糖和丙酸钠两种有机碳源对于快速活性恢复的影响.经过230 d的长期保藏,厌氧氨氧化菌活性为0.013 g·(g·d)~(-1),仅为保藏前的6.02%,且平均粒径为135.05μm,骤降至原来的38.23%,污泥解体、颜色发黑.在活性恢复阶段,R2和R3反应器分别添加葡萄糖和丙酸钠作为有机碳源,恢复结果显示,经过15 d的恢复,R1、R2和R3反应器的PN含量分别达到了126.30、188.86和168.82 mg·g~(-1),厌氧氨氧化菌活性均有所提升,分别达到了0.145、0.185和0.126 g·...

Abstract :

A novel core-shell magnetic nanoparticle was synthesized through heterogeneous nucleation technique and utilized to remove As(V) from water. Both the magnetic core and the coating material, amorphous FeOOH shell, were prepared with iron-containing water treatment residuals (WTRs), also called iron sludge. The bare magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and coatedmagnetic nanoparticles (c-MNPs) were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis (BET), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The c-MNPs, mainly consisting of maghemite (gamma-Fe2O3) as the magnetic core and amorphous FeOOH as the coating material, could be easily separated from water through a hand-held magnet, the saturation magnetization of which is 36.4 emu/g. Freundlich adsorption isotherm model could better described the As(V) adsorption behavior of c-MNPs than Langmuir model, and kinetic data could be described well by the pseudo-second order model. The maximum As(V) adsorption capacity of c-MNPs (26.05 mg/g) was more than twice that of MNPs (12.74 mg/g). At 25 degrees C, 0.2 g/L of the c-MNPs could reduce the As(V) from 400 mu g/L to below the maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 10 mu g/L over a broad pH ranging from 4 to 8. The c-MNPs still exhibited effective adsorption in the presence of co-existing anions including nitrate, chloride, carbonate, and sulfate, whereas, silicate and phosphate had a negative influence on the As(V) adsorption. Throughout five consecutive cycles, the adsorbents could still maintain high As(V) adsorption capacity. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
