聚类分析和神经网络的无线网络流量预测研究

Abstract :

针对当前无线网络流量预测精度低、预测结果可信度低等问题,为了获得理想的无线网络流量预测结果,设计了聚类分析和神经网络的无线网络流量预测模型.首先,针对无线网络流量预测建模过程中的训练样本选择难题,采用聚类分析算法构建最优的训练样本集合;然后,引入神经网络对训练样本进行学习;最后进行了无线网络流量预测仿真实验.结果表明,设计模型克服了当前无线网络流量预测模型存在的一些弊端,可以描述无线网络流量变化特点,无线网络流量预测精度可以满足实际应用的要求,而且无线网络流量预测建模的效率高,整体预测效果要优于当前经典模型,为无线网络流量预测建模提供了一种新的研究思路.

Failure analysis of a transmission line considering the joint probability distribution of wind speed and rain intensity SCIE

Abstract :

Traditionally, only the intensity measure of wind speed is used to perform the failure analysis of transmission lines (TLs). However, during typhoon landing, both the wind and rainfall effects on the failure probability of TLs should be considered. To fill the gap of rainfall amount data measured with long sampling periods, this study presents a conversion approach of rain intensities with various time resolutions based on the meteorological data of 1336 stations. Then, the 12-hour rain intensity samples recorded over 60 years are converted into 10-min rain intensity samples, followed by the establishment of the marginal probability distributions of yearly extreme wind speed and rain intensity. Furthermore, according to the theory of Copula function, the joint probability distribution of wind speed and rain intensity is proposed using the Clayton copula which has the best goodness of fit. Finally, a case study is performed and the failure probabilities of a TL under combined wind and rain loads are calculated. The failure probability of the employed TL under combined wind and rain loads has reached 6.19%, and the value is only 2.88% if ignoring the rainfall effect, demonstrating that rainfall has significant influence on the structural safety of a TL.

Abstract :

Bistatic SAR interferometry is an essential technique of observing glacier height changes and geodetic mass balance. Eastern Nyainqentanglha distributes the majority parts of monsoonal temperate glaciers and presented the quickest glacier mass loss rate at High-mountains Asia. Most recent studies on glacier mass balance at Highmountains Asia focus on the decadal-scale. Here we obtained TerraSAR-X/TanDEM-X SAR images observed in -2012 and -2017, together with the SRTM DEM that observed in 2000 we derived geodetic glacier mass balances in two periods (2000 - -2012/-2012 - -2017). We proposed three InSAR processing procedures for deriving geodetic glacier mass balance of the second period, which yielded basically identical results. Topography differencing between two DEMs derived both by TerraSAR-X/TanDEM-X can provide geodetic glacier mass balance information at a sub-decadal scale. The patterns of glacier mass balance were almost identical before and after -2012 and showed with slightly increasing rates of mass loss. Glaciers distributed at the southeastern, which were most clean-ice type, presented with quicker loss rates than the glaciers at the northwestern part, which were most debris-covered type. Yanong glacier, which was the largest glacier and belong to laketerminating type showed the quickest mass loss rate. Decreasing precipitation, increasing temperature and downward shortwave radiation could be responsible for the quick glacier mass loss.

The optimization and characterization of functionalized sulfonamides derived from sulfaphenazole against Mycobacterium tuberculosis with reduced CYP 2C9 inhibition. PubMed

Abstract :

In this study, a series of sulfonamide compounds was designed and synthesized through the systematic optimization of the antibacterial agent sulfaphenazole for the treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis). Preliminary results indicate that the 4-aminobenzenesulfonamide moiety plays a key role in maintaining antimycobacterial activity. Compounds 10c, 10d, 10f and 10i through the optimization on phenyl ring at the R2 site on the pyrazole displayed promising antimycobacterial activity paired with low cytotoxicity. In particular, compound 10d displayed good activity (MIC = 5.69 μg/mL) with low inhibition of CYP 2C9 (IC50 > 10 μM), consequently low potential risk of drug-drug interaction. These promising results provide new insight into the combination regimen using sulfonamide as one component for the treatment of M. tuberculosis.

基于红外传感器的运动目标位姿测量与误差分析

Abstract :

为了有效降低运动目标位姿误差,提出并设计了一种基于红外传感器的运动目标位姿测量系统.将互相交叉排列在相同平面上的红外传感器设定为合作目标,将其放置于运动目标上,通过传感器和光斑接收板两者之间的相互配合,完成整个系统的基本设计.通过摄像机实时监测投影板上投影光斑的准确位置,以及摄像机的具体标定结果,以此来计算并获取投影光斑的世界坐标.通过不同投影光斑之间的单位向量,设计基于红外传感器的运动目标位姿测量模型.采用SVD分解法对该模型进行求解,以达到运动目标位姿测量与误差分析的目的.对该系统进行实验分析,实验结果充分验证了该系统的有效性和优越性,可在各个领域中应用.

The one-pot synthesis of quinazoline-2,4-diones was developed in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) by metal-free catalysis. The commercially available (Boc)(2)O acted as a key precursor in the construction of the 2-position carbonyl of quinazolinediones. The p-methoxybenzyl (PMB)-activated hetero- cyclization could smoothly proceed at room temperature instead of the microwave condition. This strategy is compatible with a variety of substrates with different functional groups. Furthermore, this protocol was utilized to smoothly prepare Zenarestat with a total yield of 70%.

Abstract :

Network is an important representation method to describe related objects. For network, the most core research is to reasonably represent the characteristic information of nodes in the network, which is called network representation learning. In recent years, many scholars have proposed many excellent representation learning algorithms, through which the original network data can be embedded in low-dimensional representation, which can help us classify the nodes in the network, and the nodes can also be used as point coordinates in Euclidean space for visualization. Existing algorithms are all aimed at embedding the original data, but how to use the embedded data to restore the original data when the original data is incomplete has not been studied by scholars. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes two solutions of deep learning, one is the artificial neural network method based on deep learning, and the other is the attention mechanism method based on deep learning. The experimental results of this paper show that these two methods are very effective. © 2019 IEEE.

Abstract :

In conditioning air load prediction model based on SVR model, the Simulated Annealing (SA) has been provided in order to surmount the disadvantage that the SVR model selects learning parameters depending on experience. The Modified Simulated Annealing (MSA) has been proposed to optimize the SVR prediction model, in which the annealing plan and disturbance range has been improved. Case researches in the paper show that MSA algorithm is of strong global optimization capability, good robustness and short calculation consumption. Compared with SA-SVR model and the VFSA-SVR model, MSA-SVR air conditioning load prediction model, the results show SVR model parameters obtained through MSA optimization can effectively improve the predication accuracy and stability of the air conditioning load prediction.

Abstract :

Block withholding attack is an action where a miner who has found a legal block chooses not to submit it but rather directly abandons it. This attack makes the mining pool lose all bitcoin rewards contained within the block. In this paper, we construct a generalized model where two participants can choose to either cooperate with each other or employ a block withholding attack in the mining pool. To make the model more realistic, we consider both the cost of partial proof of work and the cost of cooperation. We also calculate the reward-per-time instead of profit-per-time to better measure the payoffs of each party. Further, we discuss the case where the payoff function and cost function are directly related to the computational power. The pure strategy and mixed strategy are analyzed respectively and the segmentations of the equilibrium are shown. We demonstrate that increasing the information asymmetry by utilizing information conceal mechanisms could lower the occurrence of the BWH attack.

Abstract :

Temperature is usually considered as a fluctuation in near-infrared spectral measurement. Chemometric methods were extensively studied to correct the effect of temperature variations. However, temperature can be considered as a constructive parameter that provides detailed chemical information when systematically changed during the measurement. Our group has researched the relationship between temperature-induced spectral variation (TSVC) and normalized squared temperature. In this study, we focused on the influence of temperature distribution in calibration set. Multi-temperature calibration set selection (MTCS) method was proposed to improve the prediction accuracy by considering the temperature distribution of calibration samples. Furthermore, double-temperature calibration set selection (DTCS) method was proposed based on MTCS method and the relationship between TSVC and normalized squared temperature. We compare the prediction performance of PLS models based on random sampling method and proposed methods. The results from experimental studies showed that the prediction performance was improved by using proposed methods. Therefore, MTCS method and DTCS method will be the alternative methods to improve prediction accuracy in near-infrared spectral measurement. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
