本发明公开了一种双向内置式风力发电机阻尼放大传递系统,涉及风力发电技术领域,放置于风力发电机的塔筒内,包括若干顶部固定件、拉索、底部固定件、三角桁架、阻尼器、铰接柱和底座,底座固定在地面上,铰接柱的底部与底座铰接,铰接柱的顶部四周与三角桁架刚性连接,三角桁架的锐角端向外延伸并通过阻尼器与底部固定件相连接,阻尼器位于三角桁架的下方,底部固定件与塔筒的底端内壁固定连接,顶部固定件与塔筒的顶端内壁固定连接,顶部固定件通过拉索与三角桁架的顶面中部相连接。本发明采用上述结构的一种双向内置式风力发电机阻尼放大传递系统,构造简单,具有显著的耗能减振作用。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种针对既有隔震结构的多模式频率无关附加隔震系统,属于工程结构隔震领域,包括负刚度系统和环簧系统,负刚度系统包括T形杆和预压弹簧,T形杆的顶端与上部结构基础铰接,T形杆的底端与基础地面铰接,T形杆的两侧端分别通过一个预压弹簧与固定在上部结构基础上的竖挡板连接;环簧系统包括两个环簧装置,两个环簧装置均包括滑动台、三角挡板、竖杆、内杆和环簧组,环簧组包括交替堆叠设置的外环和内环。本发明采用上述结构的针对既有隔震结构的多模式频率无关附加隔震系统,以被动控制的方式实现多种频率无关的附加阻尼滞回形式,可针对控制震后残余变形、隔震层变形、上部结构地震响应等差异化隔震目标提供有效性能提升方案。

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种高层建筑结构被动式复位刚度消能伸臂体系,属于高层建筑结构振动控制技术领域,包括核心筒、伸臂桁架、外框架柱和被动式复位刚度阻尼器,被动式复位刚度阻尼器包括油缸、活塞、槽形杆和旁通回路,活塞包括水平塞体和竖直杆体,水平塞体将油缸分为上腔室和下腔室,竖直杆体的上下两端与外框架柱铰接,竖直杆体的两端与槽形杆的两端连接,槽形杆上设有齿条;旁通回路的两端分别与上腔室和下腔室相连通,且旁通回路上设有常闭旁通阀,常闭旁通阀的摆针抵接在齿条的凹槽内。本发明以被动控制的方式实现了刚度的复位,克服了现有主动/半主动控制方式需要外部能量输入的问题,提高了对超高层建筑结构动力响应控制的可靠性和消能能力。

本发明公开了一种风力发电机双向负刚度阻尼增效系统,涉及风力发电机技术领域,包括伸臂牛腿、拉索、支撑梁、预压弹簧、伸臂桁架、铰接柱、底座、阻尼器和铰支座,借助伸臂牛腿将风机塔筒上部转动变形转化为伸臂牛腿端部竖向位移,实现第一重放大效应;伸臂牛腿端部竖向位移借助拉索传递带动铰接柱绕底部的底座转动,进而转化为更大的伸臂桁架端部竖向位移,实现第二重放大效应;铰接柱转动带动预压弹簧转动,从而释放预压弹簧的预压力,并推动铰接柱和伸臂桁架进一步向着转动方向运动,产生了负刚度力,进一步地放大阻尼器的变形,实现第三重放大效应。本发明能够有效控制外部荷载作用下风机任意水平方向的不利振动,便于安装于风机塔筒内部。

Abstract :
The article selects socioeconomic data related to 146 prefecture-level cities included in nine city clusters from 2014 to 2018 to establish a city-level socioeconomic system in China. A sensitivity analysis of regional entrepreneurship and economic quality development based on system dynamics was conducted to explore the changes in regional entrepreneurship and economic quality development over time and their sensitivity factors. In this way, the dynamic evolution mechanism of the system can be portrayed, and the optimization of the system can be achieved through the coordination of the factors within the system. The article sets up three scenarios to explore the fluctuations in regional entrepreneurship and economic quality development when three sensitive factors, namely, business environment, financial services scale, and innovation environment, change. Findings: There are differences in the development of cities within city clusters. The business environment and high-quality economic development of the central cities within the city cluster are stronger than those of the non-central cities. Therefore, regions should focus on synergistic development within city clusters when formulating related policies. The variation of regional entrepreneurship development and economic quality development, after a factor in the system is changed, is asymmetric. Because the sensitivity of different urban clusters and the way they are affected by sensitive factors varies, the state should pay more attention to the adaptability of cities when formulating corresponding policy measures and adapt its policy measures to the sensitivity characteristics of each region according to local conditions.

Abstract :
The evolution of financial structure is not only a persistent issue but also a key factor affecting the financial risk. Concerns over the financial structure evolution and risk prevention have been voiced, but studies documented the interaction between financial risk and financial structure are still in their infancy. Therefore, this study investigates it by using detrended cross-correlation analysis, its multifractal asymmetric version, and detrended cross-correlation based on time-delay. Empirical research finds that the market-based financial structure increases financial risk in China. The characteristics of financial risk and financial structure are asymmetry, multifractal, bidirectional transmission, and nonlinear causality. The financial structure's influence on financial risk is strengthened within 15 months, while financial risk's influence on the financial structure strengths within 7 months. These findings support financial supervisory authorities to seek effective strategies to facilitate the evolution of the financial structure and establish a more stable financial system.(c) 2022 Elsevier B.V. Abstract :
本发明公开了一种用于路面平坦度检测的模型构建方法、系统和智能终端,所述方法包括:获取目标场景的多帧原始图像,在所述原始图像中提取RGB图像,并将所述原始图像生成深度图;将所述RGB图像和所述深度图生成数据集,并将所述数据集按预设比例划分为训练集、验证集和测试集,并对各数据集进行标注;基于预存的分类检测网络模型,将RGB-D数据分别输入训练集和验证集,通过模型训练得到路面平坦度检测模型。解决了现有技术中路面平坦度检测准确性较低的技术问题。

Abstract :
Purpose Steered by upper echelon theory, this study aims to scrutinize the prevalence of project manager demographic factors (age, education and experience) in project sustainability management and project performance. Design/methodology/approach We used a sample of 209 project managers/supervisor/team leaders who were working in the projects of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Findings The results indicate that project manager demographic factors have a significant influence on project performance (except experience) and project sustainability management. Moreover, project sustainability management partially mediates the relationship between age, education and project performance while it fully mediates the path between experience and project performance. Practical implications The research recommends senior, high educated and experienced managers for CPEC who promote sustainability and gain high project performance. Originality/value A number of studies have been carried out to assess the relationship between top managers' attributes and environmental activities. However, so far, none of the studies has paid attention to the CPEC and projects working in Pakistan.

Abstract :
Improvement of high-temperature mechanical properties of W-Cu based composites is highly desirable but still a challenge. Here it is achieved by combined effects of solid solution, dispersed nano-precipitation and highly stabilized nanostructure in the W-Cu-Cr-ZrC composite, which takes advantage of the in-situ precipitated Zr-Cr-C nanoparticles and phase-separated Cr thin films. The grain size of W phase in the W-Cu-Cr-ZrC composite retained at the nanoscale up to 1000 degrees C (close to Cu melting point) for a long duration. The high thermal stability of the nanostructure endows the composite with a compressive strength of 1150 MPa at 900 degrees C, which is approximately four times as high as that of the binary coarse-grained W-Cu composite. The effects of microstructure evolution on the mechanical properties at high temperatures and its mechanisms were disclosed. The results indicated the crucial role of the microstructural stability of W phase skeleton in the overall strength of the W-Cu based composites.

Abstract :
In this study, based on the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Final Analysis (FNL) data, the reliability and performances of their application on clean days and polluted days (based on the PM2.5 mass concentrations) in Beijing were assessed. Conventional meteorological factors and diagnostic physical quantities from the NCEP/FNL data were compared with the L-band radar observations in Beijing in the autumns and winters of 2017-2019. The results indicate that the prediction reliability of the temperature was the best compared with those of the relative humidity and wind speed. It is worth noting that the relative humidity was lower and the near-surface wind speed was higher on polluted days from the NCEP/FNL data than from the observations. As far as diagnostic physical quantity is concerned, it was revealed that the temperature inversion intensity depicted by the NCEP/FNL data was significantly lower than that from the observations, especially on polluted days. For example, the difference in the temperature inversion intensity between the NCEP/FNL data and the observation ranged from -0.56 to -0.77 degrees C on polluted days. In addition, the difference in the wind shears between the NCEP/FNL reanalysis data and the observations increased to 0.40 m/s in the lower boundary layer on polluted days compared with that on clean days. Therefore, it is suggested that the underestimation of the relative humidity and temperature inversion intensity, and the overestimation of the near-surface wind speed should be seriously considered in simulating the air quality in the model, particularly on polluted days, which should be focused on more in future model developments.
